Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) serves most major international airlines. It’s located 98 miles (189 km) of the Groningen Railway Station. 

The city of Groningen has direct railway connections with Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Travel time approximately 2½ hours. Groningen is well connected by train from across the Netherlands.

Local busses 3 and 4 will take you directly to the venues. For location ‘Provinciehuis’: get off at stop ‘Sint Jansbrug’. For location ‘UMCG’ get off at stop ‘UMCG Noord’

There is a taxi rank in front of Groningen railway station. 

Groningen is a very walkable and easy to navigate city. Use Google Maps to plan your route on foot.
