Submitting an abstract is not your registration for the Congress.

Instructions Oral Presentations RehabMove

  • Oral presentations are strictly limited to 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).

  • All presenters are requested to stay within time. All presenters are urged to bring their presentation stored on a USB data stick.

  • Your digital presentation must be in PowerPoint 16/9 slide format.

  • When you are using external media, like movies or sounds, make sure they are on the same USB data stick. The videos can best be inserted in mp4 in PowerPoint. It is also important to keep these mp4’s separately on a USB stick as well as a back-up.

  • Besides the title of your presentation, please include the surname of the presenter on your file.

  • We will handle all data responsibly and delete all slides after the presentation.

  • Is your oral on Wednesday morning? Mail your presentation latest Tuesday afternoon to nascholing@umcg.nl

  • Is your oral on Wednesday afternoon? Your presentation needs to be at the registration desk Wednesday morning. before 9.00h Is your oral on Thursday? Your presentation needs to be at the registration desk on Wednesday.

  • Is your oral on Friday? Your presentation needs to be at the registration desk on Thursday.

Instructions Poster Presentations RehabMove

  • It is a paper poster exhibition, not digital.

  • Format poster: portrait, A0 (84 x 118,8 cm).

  • We will provide Velcro at the registration desk to hang your poster.

  • Each poster will be exposed all days.

  • You can display your poster yourself on Wednesday morning before 09 in the morning.

  • Poster presentations are scheduled on Thursday and Friday, see button 'poster schedule' below.

  • Presentations are limited to 5 minutes (2 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion)

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be in writing with the reason for withdrawal clearly stated. All authors must approve the abstract retraction. Please email a copy of the abstract, letter of withdrawal, and statement indicating all authors approving the withdrawal to nascholing@umcg.nl
